Now is your time to arise and shine!

Psalms 96:2‭-‬3 (TPT)
Don’t stop! Keep on singing! Make his name famous! Tell everyone every day how wonderful he is. Give them the good news of our great Savior. Take the message of his glory and miracles to every nation. Tell them about all the amazing things he has done.

We need to take every opportunity this Christmas to declare the wonderful news of Jesus.

There are a lot of people who don’t know the full meaning of Christmas and there’s no better time than now to share the GOOD NEWS!

Don’t hold back when opportunities arise.
People are open and ready. So bring in the harvest and see lives transformed.

Arise and shine for your light has come! You are the light this world is looking for!

2 Corinthians 9:8 (NLT)
And God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others.

All we have belongs to God and He makes us stewards over his property. Therefore we should desire to live a life of overflow.

Why would we not want to live in abundance and be able to give to others to share the love of God?!

So if God generously provides all we NEED, we can have excess abundance to use to build the kingdom of God.

Thank you Jesus that you have given us all we need and that we may be a blessing to others!

Invite the outsiders

Luke 5:29-32 (MSG)

“Levi gave a large dinner at his home for Jesus. Everybody was there, tax men and other disreputable characters as guests at the dinner. The Pharisees and their religion scholars came to his disciples greatly offended. “What is he doing eating and drinking with crooks and ‘sinners’?”
Jesus heard about it and spoke up, “Who needs a doctor: the healthy or the sick? I’m here inviting outsiders, not insiders—an invitation to a changed life, changed inside and out.”

Jesus has a heart for the lost, the sick and the hurting. While He did spend time making disciples, He avoided the Pharisees who thought they had it all together.

He ate with those who were unsaved, uneducated, sinners and others whom society looked down upon.

Why would He spend all His time with the healthy when He could be far more effective at showing God’s love to the broken hearted?

It is important for us also to extend invitations to the sick; that is, those who need a Saviour and are yet to find Him.

Sharing a meal with someone releases a spiritual connection enabling God to open their blind eyes. There is a presence during a meal setting to transform hearts and bring healing, caused by a covenant created between those sharing the meal.

Jesus broke bread to signal a relationship covenant with those He ate with. We also need to create an atmosphere for God to unite with the lost. As we bring the Holy Spirit to the table and invite outsiders, we will see changed lives inside and out.
