Yesterday I saw in the spirit believers walking around with signet rings. They were given the power to overturn demonic forces but very few of them were actually using them.

Their heads were downcast, overcome with defeat and oppression but as they began to open their mouths and prophesy victory and tear down these forces of darkness, things began to shift. They were putting a seal on their words.

They replaced lies spoken over them with the truth. They identified strong principalities and powers over regions and brought them down by using the very tools God had given them to overcome.

It was a contagious event. As one began to speak out, others followed. There was a surge of positive declarations across borders and a great unity of declarations intensified to conquer battles that had been raging across governments for decades.

As we also begin to take our authority over the darkness we encounter, we will see a great and mighty move of the Spirit upon our regions and nations for Jesus.

Your order has the authority of The King. It’s a weighty responsibility but one that must be taken up.

A stirring of spirits to act, to BUILD!

There is certainly a stirring amongst God’s people right now. It’s an excitement, an expectation for what He is about to BUILD and create through us!

Haggai 1:13b-14 (NIV)
“I am with you,” declares the Lord . So the Lord stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua son of Jozadak, the high priest, and the spirit of the whole remnant of the people. They came and began to work on the house of the Lord Almighty, their God.

Just like in Haggai’s time, people are coming together with common vision and purpose to BUILD the kingdom of God, His house, and see it established in this time.

As we focus on building His house and not our own (v10), we will make room for His presence and glory. We will see miracles, healings and favour like never before!

To know Him

Psalms 36:9‭-‬10 (TPT)
To know you is to experience a flowing fountain, drinking in your life, springing up to satisfy. In your light we receive the light of revelation. Lord, keep pouring out your unfailing love on those who are near you. Release more of your blessings to those who are loyal to you.

I love this! His presence is truly what satisfies. It’s so refreshing, like an ever flowing fountain!

If you are needing comfort, if you are needing revelation and wisdom, if you need reassurance, courage, forgiveness, self control, weights lifted, anxiety gone for good, then drink from the Well!

Don’t allow disappointment, hurt, grief or pain to tie you up in knots. Draw close. As you come near to Him you WILL be satisfied. You WILL be drenched in His unfailing love for you. Not only will it pour over you, but also onto those around you.

Everything is yours!

Check out the response of the older son…

Luke 15:30‭-‬31 (TPT)
But look at this son of yours! He comes back after wasting your wealth on prostitutes and reckless living, and here you are throwing a great feast to celebrate—for him!’ “The father said, ‘My son, you are always with me by my side. Everything I have is yours to enjoy.

What the older son didn’t realise was that his father had given him access to everything he owned! The whole estate.

He never even asked!

What are you missing out on that you haven’t asked God for?

The older son was so consumed with pleasing the father and ticking all the boxes, that he had made himself like an orphan.

All the while everything he wanted was right in front of him through his relationship with his father.

Are you avoiding asking God for something because you don’t think He will give it to you?

Ask. Believe. Receive.

He is more than able to give to you what you ask for.

For I will do whatever you ask me to do when you ask me in my name. And that is how the Son will show what the Father is really like and bring glory to him.
John 14:13 (TPT)

The scales are tipping in your favour

This is a time of decision making. It’s a time where outcomes are being weighed up and results are in the balance.

There is anticipation and in some cases anxiety as waiting upon important decisions takes place.

God is saying to His people: “The scales are tipping in your favour, My favour is upon you. Expect things to go your way. Believe for the best outcome during the waiting”.

If you are in this place of uncertainty, trust that God has heard your prayer.

Relax and rest as He works on your behalf to bring about the best outcome for you who are working with Him.

Let Wisdom guide you

Proverbs 2:7-9 (TPT)
For the Lord has a hidden storehouse of wisdom made accessible to his godly lovers. He becomes your personal bodyguard as you follow his ways, protecting and guarding you as you choose what is right. Then you will discover all that is just, proper, and fair, and be empowered to make the right decisions as you walk into your destiny.

Godly wisdom is accessable to us, His children. We can tap into this storehouse at any time to get understanding to make the right decisions.

Notice it says “as you follow His ways”, He will show you what is right. We have a choice to make. Do we listen to the unction from God or the voices of the world’s way of living life.

When you are facing decisions ask for God’s wisdom and choose what is right.

And if anyone longs to be wise, ask God for wisdom and he will give it! He won’t see your lack of wisdom as an opportunity to scold you over your failures but he will overwhelm your failures with his generous grace.
James 1:5 (TPT)

Living in the Spirit

Romans 7:6 (NLT)

‘But now we have been released from the law, for we died to it and are no longer captive to its power. Now we can serve God, not in the old way of obeying the letter of the law, but in the new way of living in the Spirit.’

This scripture makes it very clear that we are to serve and please God by living ‘in the Spirit’.

We are no longer bound by rules and regulations but we are to be guided by the Holy Spirit. What great freedom we have!

The Holy Spirit will reveal truth, vision and purpose for our lives. When we are not living in the Spirit we will lose direction, vision and faith.

By continuing in relationship with Him through the confessing of our sins and allowing Him to reveal things to us, we live in the Spirit.

It is by staying in faith and rest that our fruit will be love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness and faithfulness.

Keep your oil burning

Matthew 25:1-13 (NIV)

“At that time the kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. See more here

Are you like the pure virgin awaiting your saviour to come and be united with you?

Have you been cleansed by the blood of Christ, filling yourself daily with the Holy Spirit’s anointing as you meditate on scripture and pray?

More importantly are you relying on the oil of the Holy Spirit anointing to help you wait patiently for your Bridegroom?

Your oil is the continual flowing of the Holy Spirit in your life and your lamp is your spirit (your vessel). How much oil do you hold right now? Is it enough to last until your Bridegroom appears?

Jesus desperately wants to come and pick you up in His arms and take you to the place he has prepared for you. All He requires of you is that you would wait for Him without falling asleep.

This marriage requires unity, oneness and a very close relationship with the Lord.

The oil is only for you. You cannot share someone else’s relationship with God, nor can you give someone else your oil. It is given only for you because all must stand before the judgement seat of Christ and give an account.

The number ten represents testing and trial. This is exactly what this long wait for the wedding is about; a test to see if we will wait the distance before He comes, however long that might be.

The problem for the foolish virgins, was that, because the Bridegroom took longer than they had anticipated, they ran out of Holy Spirit anointing and were therefore not ready.

Don’t get impatient, He is on His way!

Keep your lamp (spirit) burning brightly for He may even come at midnight. And do everything you possibly can so that the door does not shut on you.

Spirit led dance

1 Thessalonians 4:1-3 (MSG)

“One final word, friends. We ask you—urge is more like it—that you keep on doing what we told you to do to please God, not in a dogged religious plod, but in a living, spirited dance. You know the guidelines we laid out for you from the Master Jesus. God wants you to live a pure life.”

Paul is urging us as he was the Thessalonian church, to follow after the things of the Spirit and not get caught up in habitual religious ways.

To pursue things that are pleasing to God and avoid repetition that is not producing fruit.

We need to be full of life and moving with God as in a dance, hearing His every heart beat. So intimate in fact that we know His next move, working with Him to create a unified masterpiece.

Religion will try and steal from us our smoothness of movement and closeness with God. It will prompt us to act out of convenience or formulas, thereby distracting us from the better path God has for us.

You need to be in close to Him as He spontaneously leads you in different directions. If you’re not close you will stumble and fall or go the wrong way.

Make a decision to move in close and draw near to Jesus because He is longing to create a living, spirited dance with YOU.
