Romans 5:1-2 (MSG)
‘By entering through faith into what God has always wanted to do for us—set us right with him, make us fit for him—we have it all together with God because of our Master Jesus. And that’s not all: We throw open our doors to God and discover at the same moment that he has already thrown open his door to us. We find ourselves standing where we always hoped we might stand—out in the wide open spaces of God’s grace and glory, standing tall and shouting our praise.’
By opening your door, you are laying down disappointment, discouragement, hurt, unforgiveness and anxiety. You are in fact opening your heart up to God to allow Him to answer you in your brokenness.
Can’t you see him waiting there to meet you at the door of your heart, anticipating your tears and desiring to comfort you?
Throw it open like you never have before and let Him lift you out of uncertainty and confusion and enter into His grace and glory. No matter what you need His door is never closed.
“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me. Revelation 3:20 (NIV)
