Judges 15:18-19 NLT
Samson was now very thirsty, and he cried out to the Lord, “You have accomplished this great victory by the strength of your servant. Must I now die of thirst and fall into the hands of these pagans?” So God caused water to gush out of a hollow in the ground at Lehi, and Samson was revived as he drank. Then he named that place “The Spring of the One Who Cried Out,” and it is still in Lehi to this day.
After Samson accomplishes a great victory he immediately begins to thirst.
Have you been in this situation? Tired, weary and drained of strength after a big battle?
As Samson cries out to the Lord, He causes water to gush out of the ground to revive him. He even names the place “The spring of the one who cried out”!
All you have to do is cry out to the Lord. He longs for you to tell Him what you need. He is waiting for your cry. This is not a time to droop your head and hope it turns around.
This is your time of refreshing to revive and revitalise you and bring you closer to Him. Get drenched, quench your thirst and saturate yourself in His presence.
